Sarah WallockMy first time leaving the house in three weeks happened today! kidding, but between final papers, exams, homestay commitments and needing to catch up on sleep, it has been pretty hard to find a minute to actually explore Cochabamba. Today we hiked up to the Cristo, a large statue of jesus christ on a hill in town, a pretty unmistakable sight. In Vietnam, there was a lady buddha statue of a similar hilltop, white, religious, very visible nature. here are the photos, by the lovely savannah:
